THE Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) yesterday reminded private establishments to submit their 2024 Annual Establishment Report on Wages as required by the Labor Code of the Philippines.
In a social media post, the DOLE said all private establishments are expected to make submissions from March 17 to June 30 this year.
“All private establishments are mandated by Article 124 of the Labor Code of the Philippines,” said DOLE.

It said the reports may be submitted online at the Dole Online Compliance Portal or via https://reports.dole.gov.ph.
The department said questions on the reports’ submission may seek help from Monday to Friday, from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.
