FORMER actor John Wayne Sace was arrested yesterday for allegedly shooting to death a neighbor in Pasig City last Monday night.
Sace, 37, a resident of Barangay Sagad, Pasig, was arrested at a hotel in the city at around 6:15 a.m. for the death of alias Lynell, 43.
Recovered from Sace was a .45 Caliber with a defaced serial number with four bullets.
Col. Hendrix Mangaldan, local police chief, said Lynell was gunned down last Monday at around 7:26 p.m. on Feliciano St. in Barangay Sagad.
Lynell died on the spot while Sace fled.
Initial investigation showed that before the shooting, the two men were seen arguing.
Sace acted in several television shows on ABS-CBN. Charges of violation of the Revised Penal Code No. 248 (Murder) and Republic Act 10591 (Comprehensive Firearms and Ammunition Regulation Act) are being prepared against Sace.
