THE Regional Tripartite Wages and Productivity Board (RTWPB) – Cordillera Administrative Region (CAR) will hold today, Wednesday, a public hearing for the proposed wage adjustment in the area.
In a public notice, the Cordillera wage board said there will be a public hearing on the minimum wage rate at the Kanto Cucina Restaurant in Lagawe, Ifugao from 8:30 a.m. to noon.
“The Regional Tripartite Wages and Productivity Board – Cordillera Administrative Region is scheduled to conduct a public hearing on minimum wage adjustment for private sector workers in Ifugao and Mountain Province,” said the RTWPB-CAR.
It urged stakeholders to participate in the public hearing.

The minimum wage rate in CAR stands at P430 as provided under Wage Order No. CAR-22.
The last CAR wage order took effect back in December 2023.
