A CHINESE citizen allegedly engaged in the illegal practice of medicine in the country has been arrested by operatives of the National Bureau of Investigation-Organized and Transnational Crimes Division (NBI-OTCD) in Parañaque City last month.
NBI Director Jaime Santiago said Liu Xiaofeng, alias Dong Dong, was arrested in an entrapment operation last October 29.
Seized from Liu were a box of “stomach” medicines, a box of Omeprazole capsules, a booklet of prescription forms, and two stethoscopes.

Liu was whisked to the NBI-OTCD office pending the filing of appropriate charges before the City Prosecutor’s Office in Parañaque City.
