THE provincial government of Capiz has adopted reelectionist Sen. Ramon “Bong’ Revilla Jr. as its “adopted son” in recognition of his unwavering support to the province and its people through the years.
The honorary title was conferred by Capiz Gov. Fredenil Castro during the province’s “Capiztahan 2025,” which commemorated the 124th founding anniversary of the Civil Government of Capiz, over the weekend.
The people of Capiz also threw their support to the reelection bid of Revilla, who is running under the administration’s “Alyansa para sa Bagong Pilipinas” senatorial slate.
Revilla thanked Capizeños for their recognition as he reaffirmed his commitment to serving the province and its people “with dedication and compassion.”
Revilla said his declaration as an adopted son of Capiz is a reminder of unity, shared values, and the continuing partnership between national leaders and local communities.
