Manila Cathedral Vicar Fr. Vicente Gabriel Bautista will preside at the Holy Mass and imposition of ashes during the noon mass.
The Manila Cathedral will also offer the Sacrament of Confession from 10 a.m. to 12 noon and 3 to 5 p.m.
