FIFTEEN party-lists would get at least one seat each in the House of Representatives if the elections were held today, the January 25-31 Tugon ng Masa (TNM) survey of OctaResearch showed.
The survey, which involved 1,200 adult respondents nationwide with a ±3 percent margin of error, showed that the Anti-Crime and Terrorism Community Involvement and Support Partylist (ACT-CIS), Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps) Partylist, and the Duterte Youth are the top three party-list that the people will vote for if the elections were held today.
The TNM results showed that ACT-CIS, 4PS and Duterte Youth would get at least three seats each with a 6.46 percent, 5.62 percent and 3.95 percent voting preference respectively.
The other party-lists that would get at least two seats each if the elections were held today include FJ Panday Bayanihan (3.84 percent), Tingog (3.63 percent), Uswag Ilonggo (3.49 percent), Galing sa Puso or GP (3.43 percent), Ako Bicol (2.9 percent), Abang Lingkod (2.38 percent), 4K (2.34 percent), Senior Citizens (2.27 percent), AGAP (2.27 percent), Agimat (2.25 percent), Malasakit@Bayanihan (2.17 percent), and PPP (2 percent).
Under the law, a party-list is guaranteed at least one seat if they received at least two percent of all the votes cast in the elections.
