An estimated 49,000 protesters have gathered at Luneta Park as of 10:45 a.m. on Sunday, to join the rally against government corruption, according to monitoring figures released by the Manila Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (DRRMO).
Part of a nationwide day of action, the rally is one of the largest public demonstrations in recent years demanding government accountability and transparency. — with Gerard Naval
