POLICE nabbed the fourth most wanted person in Rizal province involved in the rape of a minor in Tanay, Rizal last Sunday afternoon.
Col. Felipe Maraggun, Rizal provincial police office (PPO) director, identified the suspect as alias Fonso, 49, a resident of Barangay Tandang Kutyo, Tanay Rizal.
Fonso was arrested on the strength of an warrant of arrest at around 1:40 p.m.

He is accused of sexually assaulting his 13-year-old niece in Binangonan, Rizal about a year ago.
He is detained at the Binangonan Custodial Facility.
