Police on Tuesday and Wednesday arrested three most wanted persons on illegal drugs charges during separate operations in Antipolo City, San Mateo and Tanay, Rizal.
Col. Felipe Maraggun, Rizal provincial police office (PPO) director, identified the suspects as alias Nognog, 50, a resident of Antipolo City; Bert, 26, of San Mateo, Rizal; and Jay, 39, of Cardona, Rizal.
The suspects were apprehended by virtue of arrest warrants between 6 p.m. January 7 to 8:50 a.m. January 8.
Nognog and Bert were arrested in their neighborhood while Jay was nabbed in Tanay, Rizal.
“The successful arrest of these three shows the dedication of Rizal PNP personnel to their sworn duties. The police continue its campaign against criminality so that the province can remain peaceful and safe,” Maraggun said.
