THE Bureau of Immigration (BI) deported three Japanese with standing arrest warrants issued by Japanese authorities at midnight last Tuesday.
The Japanese fugitives, identified as Koyama Tomohir, Nagaura Hirok, and Miura Eisei, were turned over to the custody of Japanese police authorities before boarding Japan Airlines flight to Tokyo, Japan.
The three violated the conditions of their stay as stipulated under Section 37(a)(7) of the Philippine Immigration Act of 1940 and on grounds of undesirability.
All had standing arrest warrants issued by Japanese authorities for alleged criminal acts as confirmed through official records of the Japanese government.
Their deportation was carried out in close coordination with the Japanese Embassy. Additionally, their names have been included in the BI’s blacklist to prevent their return to the Philippines.
