TWO Filipino women has filed qualified trafficking charges before the Pasay City Prosecutor’s Office against two London-based foreign nationals and another Filipino woman who allegedly forced them to engage in online sexual shows.

The complaint was filed before the city prosecutor’s office last September 5.

The complainants, who are both residents of Pasay City, identified the accused as Italian national Adel En Nouri and British-Indian national Centvin Menez. The Filipino woman was identified as a certain “Mami Jhane,” who was supposedly the one who recruited the victims to do online sex shows in exchange for cash.

The two foreigners were charged for violating Republic Act 9208 or the Anti-Trafficking in Persons Act, a non-bailable case.

In their sworn affidavits executed last September 4, 2025, the complainants narrated that they met Mami Jhane in May 2025 who presented herself as a manager at the Aqua KTV on Roxas Boulevard, which has been closed by authorities.

They said Mami Jhane recruited to do “online shows” where they would perform sexually explicit acts during live video calls with foreign customers.

Their first show supposedly happened on May 19, 2025, which was facilitated by the recruiter using her laptop and Viber account.

The complainants said the foreign customers, primarily based in London, watch them undress and engage in sexual acts.

They said they were paid P8,000 each for a session, with occasional bonuses.

One of the complainants said Nouri became her regular customer, saying they had eight online show sessions.

“He told me that his real name is Adel En Nouri, that he is Italian, living in London, United Kingdom, and that he works at the UK Harrods Department Store,” the complaint-affidavit read.

Nouri, according to the complainant, even showed a picture of his house in London.

Menez, on the other hand, allegedly asked them to wear school uniforms during the shows.

The online shows continued until mid-August 2025, until Mami Jhane suddenly disappeared after the Aqua KTV was raided and shut down.

They suspected that Mami Jhane has been arrested by authorities and feared that they might also be arrested and their lewd videos be shared online.
