THE Mandaluyong City government yesterday announced that 11 of its Barangays were awarded the Seal of Good Local Governance for Barangay (SGLGB) for 2024.
Mayor Menchie Abalos and Vice Mayor Anthony Suva led the awarding ceremony of SGLGB to Addition Hills, Barangka Drive, Barangka Ibaba, Daang Bakal, Hagdan Bato Itaas, Hagdan Bato Libis, Namayan, New Zaniga, Old Zaniga, Plainview, and Wack-Wack Greenhills East.
Abalos congratulated all the winning Barangays for their achievements.
The SGLGB award is in recognition of programs and activities of the Barangays that encourage commitment to continual advancement and improvement in their areas of responsibility.
