A LOW pressure area was monitored yesterday some 350 km east of Hinatuan in Surigao del Sur.
It has a small chance of becoming a storm and is expected to dissipate in the coming days, said weather specialist Raymond Ordinario.
Cagayan Valley, the Cordillera Administrative Region, the Bicol region, and the provinces of Aurora, Quezon, and Northern Samar will experience cloudy skies with light rains.
Metro Manila, the rest of Luzon, and the Eastern Visayas region will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains.
