FORMER newsman Jose Chua Locsin died yesterday after almost a month of confinement in the hospital for stroke and pneumonia. He was 86.
Locsin worked as reporter and editor of publications in the Chinese community.
He is survived by children Joel, Jona and Jorge; daughter-in-law Regina; son-in-law Anthony; granddaughter Justine Meili; and brothers and sisters.
