THE Department of Labor and Employment – National Capital Region (DOLE-NCR) is set to hold seven job fairs in Metro Manila as part of the celebration of the International Women’s Day on March 8.
In a social media post, DOLE-NCR said there will be six job fairs on March 8 in the cities of Malabon, Manila, Muntinlupa, San Juan, and Pasay, as well as in the municipality of Pateros. On March 22, Quezon City will host a job fair.
DOLE-NCR said the job fairs are line with the “Trabaho at Kabuhayan Para Kay Juana” program.
Identified as venues of the job fairs are Malabon City Amphitheater in Malabon City, Robinson’s Otis in Manila, 3rd Floor Alabang Public Market in Muntinlupa City, The Atrium of San Juan City Hall in San Juan City, Pateros Municipal Hall Plaza in Pateros, Cuneta Astrodome in Pasay City, and Quezon City Hall in Quezon City.
DOLE-NCR said it has invited over 200 employers to participate as of yesterday, and more will be invited. — Gerard Naval
