A Russian attack on Ukraine’s northeastern region of Kharkiv late on Sunday killed three civilians and wounded one more, regional police said on Monday.
Russian forces used an aerial bomb to carry out the attack, which damaged houses and a medical facility, the police said on the Telegram messenger app.
Kharkiv, Ukraine’s second largest city, and the surrounding region have been subject to constant Russian strikes since Moscow launched a full-scale invasion in February 2022.
