GMA is bringing out the big guns this 2024. Powering their line-up are the network’s brightest stars. Marian Rivera and Dingdong Dantes, Jennylyn Mercado, Alden Richards, Bea Alonzo, and Bong Revilla will be in their primetime slate this year.
Marian gets paired with Gabby Concepcion in “My Guardian Alien,” a story of an alien who lands on Earth and becomes part of a loving family.
She and her husband Dingdong Dantes will also be back in “Jose and Maria’s Bonggang Villa 2.0.”
Senator Bong Revilla and Beauty Gonzalez continue their thrilling adventure in the second season of the action-comedy series “Walang Matigas Na Pulis sa Matinik Na Misis.”
Jennylyn Mercado plays a wife trapped in a time loop in “Love. Die. Repeat,” which also features Xian Lim.
Jasmine Curtis-Smith is paired with Rayver Cruz in the drama “Asawa ng Asawa Ko” about a woman who returns to the lives of her family after a long time.
For “Pulang Araw,” four of the biggest Kapuso stars come together: Alden Richards, Sanya Lopez, David Licauco and Barbie Forteza. The series is set in World War II and revolves around the intertwining story of four individuals who must choose between country and family.
Bea Alonzo, Gabbi Garcia and Carla Abellana star in their first project together, “Widows’ War.” This show is about the struggles of a widow who mourns for her husband while facing allegations of murder.
Completing the exciting lineup is “A Lifetime With You,” which centers on love found in a penal farm.
GMA’s afternoon lineup will feature more out-of-the-box shows starting with the Filipino adaptation of the KDrama “Shining Inheritance.” Leading the powerhouse cast are Kate Valdez, Kyline Alcantara, Michael Sager, and seasoned actress Coney Reyes.
