F2 logistics firm bags contract to deploy supplies for 2025 polls

THE Commission on Elections (Comelec) yesterday announced it has tapped F2 Logistics Philippines, Inc. to deliver all the poll paraphernalia, supplies, and equipment that will be used for the May 2025 national and local polls.

The Parañaque City-based logistics company bagged the entire contract for the “Deployment of Election Equipment, Peripherals, Forms, Supplies and Paraphernalia with Provision of Warehousing Services” for the May 2025 polls.

Based on the separate Notices of Award, the Comelec – Special Bids and Awards Committee (SBAC) awarded F2 Logistics the contract composed of four lots with a total amount of P685,998,308.36.

“On behalf of the Commission en banc, the undersigned hereby awards to your company, F2 Logistics Philippines, Inc. the contract for the project,” said the Comelec – SBAC.

For Lot 1, which covers the Cordillera Administrative Region (CAR), Ilocos Region, Cagayan Valley, and Central Luzon, the Comelec will pay F2 the amount of P130,999,245.38.

For its services in the National Capital Region, Calabarzon, Mimaropa, and Bicol Region, which comprises Lot 2, the F2 will be paid P161,999,800.06.

Lot 3, covering Western Visayas, Central Visayas, and Eastern Visayas, meanwhile, will cost P170,999,502.44.

The Comelec will pay F2 the amount of P221,999,760.48 for its services in Zamboanga Peninsula, Northern Mindanao, Davao Region, Soccsksargen, Caraga, and Bangsamoro, which comprises Lot 4.

To note, F2 Logistics was also the Comelec’s service provider for the deployment of election paraphernalia and supplies in the May 2022 polls.
