Employers given until May 31 to submit wage reports

THE Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) is giving all private establishments until May 31 this year to submit their Annual Establishment Report on Wages for the year 2022.

Based on Labor Advisory No. 4-2023, Labor Secretary Bienvenido Laguesma reminded all establishments that they are required to submit annually their wage reports as provided by the “Wage Rationalization Act.”

“All private establishments are required to register, log-in, and submit their reports as of 31 December 2022 to the Annual Establishment Report on Wages (AERW) online portal https://annualwagereport.nwpc.dole.gov.ph,” said Laguesma.

“The online portal shall remain open until 31 May 2023 to accommodate report submissions,” he added.

Under the Wage Rationalization Act, all private establishments are required to submit annual reports on the verified itemized listing of their labor component.
