PRESIDENT Duterte on Monday night condoled with the family of Andrea Domingo, chairwoman and CEO of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corp. (Pagcor), and her son, Health Undersecretary Rolando Enrique Domingo, over the death of Ignacio Enrique Domingo last Sunday.
The President, accompanied by Sen. Christopher Go, visited the wake of Ignacio Enrique, the Pagcor chairwoman’s grandson and the son of the health undersecretary, at the Sanctuarium in Quezon City.
The young Domingo was a student of the University of the Philippines, former student council member, and member of the Sigma Rho Fraternity which is being investigated over alleged photos and screenshots of a group chat about alleged hazing-related activities. — Jocelyn Montemayor
