THE Department of Foreign Affairs yesterday said authentication services in four consular offices in Metro Manila will not be available on certain dates later this month to pave the way for an “intensive training” of personnel.
In an advisory, the DFA’s Office of Consular Affairs (OCA) said the following consular offices (CO) will not be able to accommodate authentication applicants on these dates:
1. CO NCR West (SM Manila) — July 18 to 29, 2022
2. CO NCR East (SM Megamall) — August 1 to 12, 2022
3. CO NCR Northeast (Ali Mall Cubao) — August 15 to 26, 2022
4. CO NCR South (Alabang Town Center) — August 29 to September 9, 2022.
The advisory said “walk-in applicants may only be accommodated at DFA Aseana, Parañaque City.”
For applicants with scheduled online appointments in CO NCR West at SM Manila from July 18 to 29, the DFA said their appointment will be accommodated on the same date at the DFA Aseana consular office.
It said applicants need only to bring their appointment confirmation and documents.
