The resort-inspired six-hectare residential development of Century Properties Group (CPG) generated P22.5 billion worth of sales as it completes all the nine towers of the project.
CPG officials on November 16 inaugurated the ninth and final building of Azure Urban Resort Residences barely 10 years since the project was launched in 2010.
Jonh Victor Antonio, CPG vice chairman said values have doubled to P180,000 per square meter (sq.m.) from P95,000 to P100,000 per sq.m. in 2010.
Antonio said the community has 5,355 units with 98 percent of the inventory already sold out. The Azure towers were named after world-famous beach destinations such as Rio, Santorini, St. Tropez, Positano, Miami, Maui, Maldives, Boracay, and Bahamas.
Aside from the man-made beach and wave pool, the development also has two lagoon pools, a lap pool, childrens’ water play area, beach volleyball area, basketball court, and pocket gardens.
A winner of the Philippines Property Award and Southeast Asia Property Awards as the Philippines’ Best Condo Development, the Azure bears a tropical modern aesthetic that is reflected on its 9 towers and amenities. Its central amenity, the bean-shaped Paris Beach Club, was personally designed by Paris Hilton and houses as a café, dining area, function room, game room, movie room, a spa and a gym.
