THE Regional Tripartite Wages and Productivity Board (RTWPB) – Cagayan Valley is set to hold its public hearing as part of its ongoing minimum wage rate review process on September 3 in Cauayan City, Isabela.
In a social media post, the RTWPB-Region II said the public hearing is set at 1 p.m. at the Isabela Convention Center (ICON) in Cauayan City, Isabela.
“The RTWPB-Region II will be holding a regional public hearing on the minimum wage adjustment of workers in private establishments and domestic workers,” said the Cagayan Valley wage board.
It said stakeholders are encouraged to participate in the activity by submitting their position papers at 1F & 2F Villrose Bldg, Arellano Ext. Ugac Norte, Tuguegarao City, Cagayan; or through email at rtwpb2@yahoo.com or rtwpb02@gmail.com.
Those looking to physically attend the public hearing are also urged to coordinate with the Cagayan Valley wage board.
“Let’s make sure your voice is heard!” said the RTWPB-Region II.
The last wage order in Cagayan Valley took effect on October 16, 2023.
