ENGR. Dale Sison Cabrera, former undersecretary at the Office of the President-Office of the Cabinet Secretary, passed away on Tuesday, Dec. 15, at the Cardinal Santos Medical Center in San Juan. He was 67.
He is survived by wife Dr. Rosario de Venecia-Cabrera; children Madelaine Faye Cabrera-Abellaneda, Maxdale Vincent Cabrera, and Marco Angelo Cabrera; grandchildren, Dalem Roswell Sipin, Chloe Madenrie Sipin, and Johanna Christie Abellaneda; and son-in-law Johann Abellaneda.
His remains lie in state at the Mercy-A Chapel, Loyola Memorial Chapels and Crematorium on Commonwealth Ave. in Quezon City. Wake is from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. until this Saturday, Dec. 19.
