The pioneering BEST Center (Basketball Efficiency and Scientific Training Center) will hold interactive clinics for basketball and volleyball from May 30 to June 21.
The clinics will be held in honor of Best Center founder and former president Nicanor Jorge, a former national coach who died on June 13, 2020.
Jorge was also a former coach of the University of the Philippines Maroons in the UAAP, Mapua College in the NCAA, and also coached teams in the amateur leagues and the PBA.
He was a champion coach in the Southeast Asian Games and produced a good number of basketball stars before his demise.
The basketball clinics will be for kids aged 5 to 8 (1-2 p.m.) and for 9-years-old and above (4-5 p.m.).
Volleyball lessons are set from 8:30-9:30 a.m.
A maximum of eight students per class will be entertained. The clinics are backed by Milo.
