SIX persons were arrested in anti-drug operations in the cities of Pasig and San Juan, with police seizing P457,000 worth of suspected shabu.
Brig. Gen Johnson Almazan, Eastern police district director, identified the six as Ericson Balasta, 20; William Devera, 26; Mark Anthony Lacson, 27, residents of Barangay Pinagbuhatan, Pasig; Romulo Ignacio, 41; Rhoel Escarcia, 40; and Carolina Delos Santos, 47, all of Salapan, San Juan.
Seized from them were 67.29 grams of suspected shabu and drug paraphernalia.
The residents of San Juan were arrested in a buy-bust operation in their neighborhood at 2 p.m. Saturday.
The Pasig residents were apprehended for curfew violation and for engaging in a pot session at their neighborhood at 1:40 a.m. Sunday.
