PASAY police nabbed five suspected pushers and seized suspected shabu with a street value of P343,332 in three buy-bust operations in Pasay City on Monday night.
Two more persons were caught making a drug transaction in Mandaluyong City on Tuesday morning.
First to be arrested in Pasay were John Brian Gotchangke Santy, alias Adam, 31, who is in the city’s drug watch list; and Michael Mazo Yulo, alias Macoy, 46. Seized from them were 9.20 grams of suspected shabu with street value of P62,560. They were arrested in a string operation in Barangay 14, Zone 1 at about 8:30 p.m.
Two hours later, another sting operation was conducted in the same barangay, which led to the arrest of Victor Villesis Villanueva, 44, a resident of San Rafael, Bulacan. Seized from him was 9.51 grams of suspected shabu worth P64,668.
Another buy-bust operation in Barangay 130, Zone 13 resulted in the arrest of two suspected pushers who are also in the city’s drug watch list.
Recovered from Janice Cuarez Martinez, 39, and Anthony Cuarez Martinez, 46, was 31.78 grams of suspected illegal drugs worth P216,104.
Col. Remigio Sedanto, Mandaluyong police chief, identified the two arrested in the city as Vanessa Casal and Allen Lariza, 29, residents of Barangay Plainview. Seized from them was suspected shabu worth ₱2,720. — Noel Talacay and Christian Oineza
