FIVE persons were arrested in a buy-bust operation in Marikina City yesterday and ₱149,600 worth of suspected shabu was seized by police.
Col. Restituto Arcangel, local police chief, identified the five as Ethel Cain Bonafio, 23; Russell Cruz, 19; Amber Bermudo, 36; James Monforte, 24; and Erica Mae Bomio, 20; residents Angel Santos St., Barangay Tumana.
Recovered from them were seven sachets of suspected shabu and a weighing scale.
