OPERATIVES of the Anti-Illegal Drugs Unit of the National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO) arrested 4 Chinese, two of them employees of Philippine Offshore Gaming Operators, and seized suspected shabu with a street value of P228,000 in separate buy-bust operations in Pasay City.
Nabbed on Monday night in a sting operation on Buendia Ave. were Chui Xiao Bo, 27; and Han Xiaodong, 35. Seized from them were 18.4 grams of suspected shabu with a street value of P125,000, a digital weighing scale, the P4,000 buy-bust money; and a black Toyota Fortuner (WIO 643).
Another operation conducted Tuesday morning in Barangay 76, Zone 10 led to the arrest of Chen Kai Yang, 25; and Wu Song, alias Ahao, 18. Recovered from them were 15.2 grams of suspected shabu worth P103,306 and a cellular phone.
The four are detained at the Pasay City Police Station and will face charges of violation of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
Marikina police nabbed two persons in a buy-bust operation in Marikina City on Monday and seized ₱40,800 worth of suspected shabu.
Col. Restituto Arcangel, local police chief, identified the two as Rowena Punay, 44; and Bernard Cortez, 23, residents of Barangay. Recovered from them were five sachets of suspected shabu.
