THE Food and Drug Administration (FDA) yesterday warned the public against consuming the food supplements “NatureMade C 500mg with Rosehips Dietary Supplement” and “Crystal Cell Stem Cell Food Supplement.”
It said these products are not registered with the agency and may therefore pose health hazards.
“Since these unregistered food supplements have not gone through evaluation process of the FDA, the agency cannot assure its quality and safety,” it said. — Gerard Naval
