15 PH posts hold mobile voting activities

FIFTEEN Philippine posts abroad are holding field and mobile voting activities in the ongoing overseas voting of the 2022 elections.

Data released by the Commission on Elections (Comelec) showed that 41 field and mobile voting activities will be conducted by 15 Philippine embassies (PE) and consulate generals (PCG).

“Registered overseas voters are advised to contact the Foreign Service Posts to confirm the actual venue, schedule, and status of the field and mobile voting activities,” the Comelec said.

Field and mobile voting activities will be held in Hamburg, Germany by the Berlin PE (April 23-24); in Phuket (April 10), Hat Yai (April 23), and Chiang Mai (April 30) by the Bangkok PE; in Victoria, Seychelles (April 17), and Kampala, Uganda (May 1) by the Nairobi PE; and in Preah Sihanouk, Cambodia (April 23), and Siem Reap, Cambodia (April 30) by the Phnom Penh PE.

There will also be similar activities in Naples, Italy (April 23-24), Florence, Italy (April 30 to May 1), and Floriana, Malta (May 7-8) by the Rome PE; in Hafar Al Batin, KSA (April 15-16), Al Jouf, KSA (April 22-23), Hail, KSA (April 29-30), and Buraidah, KSA (May 6-7) by the Riyadh PE; and in Northern Mariana Islands (April 10-12), and Palau (April 15-17) by the Agana PGC.

Also in the list are Busan, South Korea (April 15-16) by the Seoul PE; Ho Chi Minh City (April 29-30, May 1) by the Hanoi PE; Cayman Islands (April 23-27) by the Washington PE; and in Izmir, Turkey (April 10), Girne, Northern Cyprus (April 16-17), Baku, Azerbaijan (April 23-24), Adana, Turkey (April 30), Hatay, Turkey (May 1), and Antalya, Turkey (May 7) by the Ankara PE.

Mobile and field voting will also be held in Piazzale Sto. Stefano, Milan (April 17), JIL-Bisceglie, Milan (April 21), Bologna (April 10), Torino (April 16-17), Monza (April 23), Genova (April 24), Mestre (April 23-24), and Modena (April 30 – May 1) by the Milan PCG.
