Luxury hotel and tourism destination Winford Manila Resort & Casino (WMRC) was recently recognized for its unwavering commitment to ensure that the wellbeing of its members, guests, and personnel remains a top priority during these challenging times.

The milestone distinction bestowed upon WMRC is the highly-coveted Safety Seal Certification, an exclusive accolade awarded to travel and tourism establishments that diligently observe the safety protocols of the Inter-Agency Task Force (IATF) to combat the spread of COVID-19.

Jeff Evora, president and chief operating officer at WMRC, said as practitioners in the service-industry, “our credo has always centered on delighting guests and nurturing employees.”

Evora also said the hote’s game plan when it reopens in the new normal is to foster and maintain an environment that adheres to the stringent protocols issued by health authorities not just for the safety of its guests, but also of its employees.

Each and every one of them is an integral member of the Winford Manila family, he noted, “without whom we would not have experienced this level of success since our launch only four years ago.”

As of July, 2021, WMRC became one of the few hotels in the country to log an outstanding ninety-six percent vaccination rate among its entire workforce, which translates to a headcount of over six hundred who voluntarily received the COVID-19 vaccine and are now fully inoculated against the deadly disease.
