Embodying its company values that focuses on education empowerment, school and office supply and equipment distributor TM Office Series rolled out several CSR projects in partnership with Virlanie Foundation and Sinag Foundation to reach the communities and uplift the lives of underprivileged children.
Last November 2022, TM Office Series joined the celebration of National Children’s Month.
Held at Brgy. La Paz, Makati City, TM Office Series employees volunteered to give foods, school and office supplies, badminton rackets, basketballs and other sporting goods to 100 children beneficiaries of Virlanie Foundation. With the theme “Kalusugan, Kaisipan at Kapakanan ng Bawat Bata Ating Tutukan”, the contribution aimed to enrich the children’s learning experience.
“Education and sports are the corporate social responsibility pillars upon which TM Office Series stands. It has always been our commitment to make positive impact in the communities where we operate regardless of how big or small our efforts are. We are more than happy to support this activity as we able to provide children the tools and supplies they need to be well resourced and active,” Marketing Manager Sonny Ramos said.
In the spirit of Christmas, the company collaborated with Sinag Foundation, donating school items and Christmas loot bags to almost 200 children of Brgy. Payatas in Commonwealth. TM Office Series volunteers brought back the good old fun of Pinoy relay games as a way to get to know the kids and bond with them even more. The Pamaskong Handog activity ended with a bountiful shared lunch and gift giving for all the kids who participated.
Apart from CSR projects, TM Office Series has also joined the Manila International Book Fair 2022 in SMX Convention Pasay. Its orange booth was one of the most visited booths during the fair last September. Those who dropped by the booth were given freebies, school and office items gift packs and treated to a fun game to engage with the fair goers.
TM Office Series was awarded as the Best Reliable School & Office Supply Distributor in the 2022 Golden Globe Annual Awards for Business Excellence, closing out an excellent year for the company. This recognition reaffirms the commitment of the company to provide high quality products matched with a passion to give back to communities.
This 2023, it hopes to take part in more CSR initiatives and make a lasting difference beyond business.
