The Farm at San Benito hosts int’l wellness practitioners

THE Farm at San Benito, a globally recognized eco-luxury wellness resort, is hosting this October and November renowned wellness practitioners from around the world, who will bring their diverse and specialized skills to enhance the holistic healing experience for guests seeking rejuvenation, vitality, and overall well-being.

As part of its commitment to world-class wellness, The Farm regularly invites internationally acclaimed practitioners to hold complimentary group workshops and specialized treatments for individuals and small groups. These offerings include innovative wellness practices designed to nurture the mind, body, and spirit.

Each visiting practitioner brings a unique perspective and expertise to The Farm’s programs. From distinguished yoga masters and meditation guides to naturopaths and functional medicine specialists, guests will have the opportunity to embark on personalized, transformative healing journeys.

Among the featured practitioners is Angie Tourani, a BodyTalk practitioner from Hong Kong, who will visit The Farm from November 4-9. Angie specializes in addressing emotional issues, anxiety, immune health, digestion, and hormonal balance. With her extensive training in meridians, chakras, consciousness, microbiome health, and body chemistry, she offers deep, lasting results at physical, mental, and emotional levels.

Guests staying at The Farm can have complimentary BodyTalk Access and Inner Radiance sessions. Paid sessions are also available, including options for day guests, along with room-only packages that feature a three-course vegan lunch, cellular health screening at the Holistic Medical Sanctuary, relaxology treatments, mindful movement activities, and more. All workshops provide a manual and Certificate of Attendance.

Led by head coach Nasser Qazi, a certified fitness trainer, NLP practitioner, and Qi Gong Master, and co-facilitators Derek Ramsay and Ellen Adarna-Ramsay, the 3-night, 4-day program will guide participants to overcome physical and mental challenges, tap into inner potential, and discover life’s purpose.
