Temasek Foundation, the non-profit philanthropic arm of Singapore investment company Temasek Holdings, has donated 180,000 medical-grade surgical facemasks to Taguig City.
This is part of Temasek Foundation’s donation of two million facemasks to the Philippines in support of the ongoing fight against coronavirus disease 2019.
The said donation is also part of Temasek Foundation’s Stay Masked program, where it distributes medical-grade surgical facemasks for added coverage, protection, and assurance.
Its Stay Masked program is a key component of Stay Prepared, a Temasek Foundation initiative to help prepare communities for emergencies.
Temasek Foundation partnered with the Ambassador of the Republic of the Philippines to Singapore, His Excellency Joseph del Mar Yap, the Filinvest group, and its foundations for the said donation to the country.
