Teleperformance (TP), the global leader in outsourced customer experience management services, recently launched the Cloud Campus microsite in Ilocos Norte, located at the 3rd floor of the Viven Hotel in San Nicolas, Ilocos Norte. This milestone also marks the opening of TP’s 23rd business site in the Philippines.
Teleperformance Cloud Campus, which was launched in 2021,is an innovative long-term remote work solution that allows home-based interaction experts to remain connected to their Teleperformance team through the Cloud Campus hubs, which come with high tech features to help employees stay engaged, while maintaining operational efficiency. It thoughtfully addresses the main concerns of companies for processes that are to be handled from a home environment, such as security, performance and control, and engagement of remote teams.
“We are again unfolding another milestone today through the launching of the Teleperformance Cloud Campus microsite in our beloved municipality, which would provide again employment opportunities not only for our people here in San Nicolas but also to the whole of Ilocos Norte and to the nearby provinces. This will definitely boost the municipality’s economy thereby eventually improving the lives of every San Nicoleño,” shared San Nicolas Municipal Vice Mayor Edistio P. Valdez who was present during the launch.
