K-Pop fans are in for a treat as Japanese appliance manufacturer Hanabishi Appliances is set to release a Special Edition Mini Jumbo Fan Collection featuring the well-loved BT21 characters. The brainchild of LINE FRIENDS and K-Pop supergroup BTS, the BT21 characters became a way for fans to connect with their chosen bias in another form. Since its launch in 2017, BT21 has come out with varied products bearing the charming designs of the BT21 UNIVERSE.
“We are excited to announce this partnership between Hanabishi and BT21 and we can’t wait to unveil the products for everyone to enjoy,” said Cherish Ong-Chua, VP for Marketing and Finance of Hanabishi Appliances.
“This is the first partnership that Hanabishi has done. We feel that it was about time for the brand to reach out to a wider audience. Hanabishi as a brand is well-known by the older market due to its history and through this partnership, we hope to be more visible to the younger market,” Ong-Chua added.
Gifted sleepyhead KOYA, kind and loving foodie RJ, mini prankster SHOOKY, expressive faced dancing machine MANG, the pure-at-heart CHIMMY, an off-the-wall curious soul prince TATA, and brawny hearty rumps COOKY will have their own 7-inch mini jumbo fan, each one with their own distinct colorway and the portrait of the character at the center of the fan. These colorful fans add a pop of character to any room and loudly proclaim the owner’s love for their favorite BTS member.
But more than just a colorful fan, the underlying product retains all the hallmark features that have made Hanabishi fans favorites of many homes. All the fans have a three-speed option control, 90-degree tilt function for perfect wind placement while an optimized fan curve and a turbine grill allows for powerful airflow from a small unit. Finally, a thermal fuse serves as protection from electrical overload, ensuring that the fan is safe to operate for extended periods of time.
Each fan will retail for P1,299 and the fans will be available at Hanabishi distributors and the Hanabishi website.
