A decade after the birth of the second edition of the Rare Cask legacy, LOUIS XIII has released the Rare Cask 42.1. The newly-reveals bottle is a representation of the work of time and nature, combined with craftsmanship and mastery, showcasing the pinnacle of LOUIS XIII Cognac.

Crafted by 20 master craftsmen, each jewel-like decanter is a manifestation of art and savoir-faire, adorned with white gold and rhodium-finished neck, engraved with quadrilobed patterns like France’s fleur de lys. Its accompanying crystal glasses featuring black quatrefoils and a serving pipette crowned with a black medallion enhances the overall experience.

To commemorate the unveiling of Rare Cask 42.1, a recent exclusive event was held in Venice, Italy, creating a unique and memorable moment, with the theme ‘Care For Wonders’. Subsequently, a local launch in the Philippines took place at Gallery MiraNila, graced by exclusive VIP guests and partners.

The Philippines’ launch of Rare Cask 42.1 flaunted an enigmatic realm through a dark and magnificent dining experience, accompanied by a live musical quartet and a carefully curated six-course menu that harmoniously complemented LOUIS XIII Cognac.

The event was joined by celebrity influencer couple, Alodia Gosiengfiao-Quimbo and Christopher Quimbo, alongside executives from the French house including Tyrel Ball, Managing Director for South and North Asia Pacific, Florence Kwok, Director of Finance, and Sally Brenchley, Regional Marketing Manager for South and North Asia Pacific.

“We are honored to present this exceptional opportunity to the Philippines to witness the legacy of LOUIS XIII,” Ong expressed. “Echoing Rare Cask 42.1, the Philippines stands as a wonder in its own right, preserving nature through time,” he added.
