Filipinos love their beer so it comes as no surprise that the country also celebrates its own form of Oktoberfest every year. While many local celebrations have given a Filipino twist to the long-standing German festival, there is one Oktoberfest celebration that sticks to tradition — the one hosted by the venerable German Club Manila.
For 2022, Solaire and German Club Manila have renewed its partnership once again to bring back one of Manila’s most anticipated events for the year — the 82nd Oktoberfest.
This annual celebration showcases the best of German culture through great food, entertainment, and its world-renowned beer brews.
The event will be happening on October 14 and 15, 2022 at The Tent at Solaire. The signing of the renewal agreement was held at the German Club Manila and were signed by Solaire’s Vice President for Food & Beverage Bastian Breuer and German Club Manila’s President Michael Ducke.
Also present were Solaire’s Vice President for Culinary Michael Dinges, Oktoberfest Chairman Tobias Rast, Oktoberfest Committee Member Roland Odenthal, Oktoberfest Emcee and Committee Member Michael Scheile.
