Sitel Group, one of the largest global providers of customer experience products and solutions, welcomed global Chief Operating Officer Olivier Camino to Sitel Philippines last May for the first time in over two years. The COO’s visit comes on the heels of Sitel Group’s acquisition of SYKES and the integration of the two customer experience teams. Camino touched base with the company’s local leadership and associates, visited several new centers and reinforced the Sitel Group commitment to providing more exciting job and career opportunities to Filipino talents.

During his Philippine visit, Camino visited new hubs in Cebu and Metro Manila for the first time. When meeting with local leaders and teams, he focused on the Sitel Group experience and how the company’s internal people programs helped strengthen the seamless integration of Sitel Philippines and the legacy SYKES organization.
