Something exciting was brewing at Winford Resort & Casino Manila (WRCM) on Monday with the grand opening of its newest dining outlet, the Winford Café, located on the second floor of the luxury hotel in San Lazaro, Manila.

Conveniently situated just outside the casino, it is the ideal venue for a quick sip, light bite, or full meal. On offer are a selection of hot and cold coffee or tea, ice-blended drinks, pastries, all-day breakfast, and a variety of comfort food prepared fresh daily in our kitchen.

“Today, the launch of Winford Café proves that life has returned to normal for valued guests like yourselves, and for all of us here at Winford who have always taken pride in serving you,” said Jeffrey Evora, President & Chief Operating Officer, WRCM.
“If a cup of coffee signals the start of a brand-new day, then Winford Café represents the beginning of Winford’s new era in this next normal we now live in. This would not have been possible without the joint expertise of our hotel director Mr. James Olivar; F&B manager Edmond De Jesus; and the culinary expertise of Chef Fatima.”

Among the dishes served at the launch were some of Winford Café’s specialties such as pesto chicken pasta, kimchi fried rice, calamansi muffin, tres leches, dulce de leche cake, pistachio croissant, and the refreshing Spanish bombon, to name a few.

Winford Cafe is open from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m. Monday to Thursday, and from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 a.m. Friday & Sunday. WRCM is located in San Lazaro Tourism & Business Park, Santa Cruz, Manila.
