RE/MAX Philippines, the country’s leading franchisor of real estate brokerage services, showcased Pinoy pride in the global real estate scene after 96 of its Brokers, Agents and Teams won awards in the recent RE/MAX R4 Convention at the Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas, Nevada, that was attended by over 5,000 delegates from around the world. Leading the charge were Eddie Santos of RE/MAX Regent who ranked first in the Top 100 Residential — Global Individual Category as well as number 4 in the Worldwide Residential & Commercial Individual Category; Gary Hablero Team of RE/MAX Capital for coming in first in the Top 25 Team Commercial Global — Large Team Category; Gerald Evangelista Team of RE/MAX Capital who clinched the number 2 spot in the Top 25 Team Commercial Global — Medium Team Category; and Gumersindo Camcam of RE/MAX Premier for getting the number 3 spot in the Top 100 — Commercial Global Individual Category.
RE/MAX R4 is an annual convention that serves as a major gathering of RE/MAX agents, brokers, franchise owners, and industry professionals. It is a place to Network where agents and brokers have the chance to connect with colleagues from different regions to exchange ideas and forge partnerships.
The event also features a variety of educational sessions, workshops, and keynote presentations covering topics relevant to the real estate industry giving attendees the opportunity to Learn.
