QC New Chapter building inaugurated

In line with the celebration of its 77th founding anniversary, The Philippine Red Cross (PRC) spearheaded by its Chairman and CEO Richard Dick Gordon, Gov Ernesto Isla, Chairman of Board Directors, Senator Christopher Lawrence Bong Go , Mayor of Quezon City Ma Josefina Belmonte cut the ribbon and unveil the Wall Marker during the Inauguration of New Chapter Building in Gate 4 Quezon City Hall Compound along Kalayaan Avenue, Diliman in Quezon City.

The newly inaugurated building has three floors, a command center, and a ground floor specifically designated as a blood center. The initiative will enhance the capacity of PRC to respond to emergencies and provide blood assistance to Filipinos residing in the National Capital Region.

The construction of the new building is made possible through the support of the local government unit of Quezon City, which also donated furniture to the chapter, and the supervision of its Chairman and PRC Governor Nesty Isla and Chapter Administrator Ms. Janice Adolfo.
