The Pokémon Company is pleased to announce that Pokémon Sleep, released for iOS and Android in late July 2023, has been downloaded over ten million times worldwide. To commemorate this milestone, 10 million downloadable commemorative gifts will be given away starting August 25, Friday, at 5 a.m. until September 22, Friday, at 5 a.m. (UTC).

Sleep has a deep connection with the phases of the moon, and it has been discovered that the time spent sleeping gets shorter when the moon is close to full.
The event held once a month for a total of three days: on the day before, during, and after the full moon. The Good Sleep Day event held in-game from August 30, Wednesday, until September 1, Friday.
Drowsy Power will be multiplied by 1.5 during the event, except on the day of the full moon itself (August 31), when Drowsy Power will be multiplied by 2.
Also happened on Good Sleep Day is the selling of the value bundle. The Good Sleep Day Bundle Vol. 1 available for purchase from 4:00 a.m. last August 29, Tuesday until 4:00 a.m. on September 3, Sunday (UTC).
