The Presidential Anti-Organized Crime Commission (PAOCC) conducted a raid on May 13 on the Tai An Clinic and Laboratory for links to Philippine Offshore Gaming Operators (POGOs) in Pasay City .
The hospital located in the Chinese restaurants is managed by Chinese and Vietnamese doctors, nurses and pharmacists.

The LGU of Pasay said the facility did not have a business permit and the PAOCC also learned that the clinic was previously raided but continued to operate.
