Flash Express Philippines, the fastest-growing courier, and logistics service company in the country is now ready to serve the e-commerce logistics industry in the Philippines after three months of preparations completing its nationwide operations.

Engr. John de Guzman Tarampi, Flash Express Philippines general manager, said that the company started its operations last August 2021 with the National Capital Region (NCR) as its pilot coverage.

In just less than three months of careful planning and execution, “the company was able to exponentially increase its serviceable areas of coverage by opening a total of 117 hubs and centers in the NCR, Luzon, Visayas, and some parts of Mindanao.

“We have carefully planned strategically the serviceable areas where we wanted to put up our hubs and distribution centers and we have considered lots of factors including the geographic locations, area of coverage, communications availability, density, and a lot more”, Tarampi said.

Services of the company include door-to-door free pick-up, low cash on delivery rates, fast delivery service, 24/7 customer service, 365 days operations with no holidays.

To introduce its services to their target market, Reginald Rex Pumihic, Flash Express Philippines public relations and partnerships manager, said that they recently signed a business partnership with the biggest e-commerce company in the country and they have already started doing partnerships with other large, micro, small and medium enterprises that need logistics partner in their business operations.

“We hope that we can inject new vitality into the Philippine express market and provide a better service experience to the e-commerce industry,” Pumihic added.

Aside from its express operations, the company aims to be the one-stop solution to all its market by just going through its mobile app and website.

Atty. Sherry Lou Bernabe, Flash Express Philippines head of legal compliance, said that they are gearing toward offering other services to complement their current offerings.

“We plan to include warehousing and fulfillment, financing services, payment facilities, and other e-commerce services,” Bernabe added.

Key Accounts and regular customers can enjoy current discounts and promotions. Dave Khodr, Flash Express Philippines marketing director, said that the company has prepared brand and customer activities as they prepare for their official launch on November 25.

“Customers can expect a lot of activities we have prepared for them,” Khodr said.

The company expects to open 285 hubs and 12 centers nationwide at the end of the year with 10,000 employees to complete the Philippines’ first stage plan operations.
