XPRESS, powered by Cebuana Lhuillier, was launched as the latest ride-hailing service in the country.

Xpress ensures that there’s always a ride available for every need, with a focus on passenger safety. It offers affordable rates, easy booking, and high-quality drivers.

Additionally, every ride is automatically covered by insurance, providing a worry-free experience for passengers.

Beyond transportation, Xpress allows users to send and receive parcels, order food, shop, and manage transactions seamlessly through Xpay.

Xpress also supports businesses by handling employee transportation, delivering office documents, and arranging meals for employees, teams, and company guests. It collaborates with local government units to drive community development, offering solutions for local concerns, enhancing exploration, and enabling brands to connect with their customers.

Originally launched in Boracay Island last year, Xpress has demonstrated that it is more than just a transportation service; it represents a commitment to innovation and progress on the path to modernity and sustainability.

Following its success in Boracay, Para Xpress Technology Services Inc. is expanding to Manila. “In December 2023, the Land Transportation Office granted Para Xpress the necessary permits and licenses to operate in the capital city,” Jean Henri Lhuillier, president and chief executive officer of PJL Group of Companies and chairman of Xpress Lhuillier, stated.

“Our goal is to innovate and transform Filipino mobility with a focus on convenience and sustainability,” Lhuillier added. “We aim to enhance digital accessibility and empower entrepreneurship, particularly in underserved communities, to build a brighter future for everyone.”

Xpress envisions improving the Filipino lifestyle through technology, beginning with mobility and entrepreneurship and extending into finance, insurance, and healthcare.

The company aspires to set new standards, transform lives, and empower communities nationwide. “Xpress is not just about profit; it’s about enriching Filipino lives and creating a more connected nation,” Lhuillier concluded.
