MEDICAL supplies store Medical Depot is stepping out of its main store in Bambang, Manila to make its quality, affordable medical supplies and equipment even more available and easily accessible nationwide.
Rodolfo Medina, Jr., president and chief executive officer at Medical Depot, said the company targets to open 40 outlets nationwide by the end of this year, and 100 by the end of 2023.
Aside from physical stores to be opened around the country, the company also eyes to make its presence felt online.
Melvin Torrefiel, senior vice president for digital operations at Medical Depot, said the different web and mobile applications were launched to provide the most convenient way of online shopping with easy access to the company’s products.
Torrefiel added the company aims to provide the public and the medical community a one-stop shop for medical supplies and equipment through e-commerce.
The one-stop medical shop brand is now available in digital spaces, he noted. The extensive experience in digital space will bring the company nationwide and reach more Filipinos in the country.
Aside from over-the-counter purchases at its physical stores, Jeffrey Kua, vice president at Medical Depot, said clients will be shown the list of products and equipment through its online menu in case certain medicines, medical supplies or equipment are not physically available in stores.
All the customer has to do is select the products they need and the company will deliver them right to their doorstep, Kua added.
Kua also shared that the company plans to partner with third-party applications for its continuous expansion in the e-commerce platform.
