KINDNESS is innate in everyone in the hospitality industry.
With doors closed to comply with the government’s directives of enhanced community quarantine, Limapark Hotel decided to open its kitchen to feed the Batangas frontliners.
In partnership with the College of Health and Allied Services of FAITH Colleges, Limapark Hotel prepares and distributes HERO meals lunch boxes to six major hospitals within its community.
These are NL Villa Memorial Hospital, San Antonio Hospital, CP Reyes Hospital, Lipa Medix Hospital, Mary Mediatrix Hospital, and Metro Lipa Hospital. Around 300 frontliners, including doctors, nurses, admin staff, housekeeping and security personnel, benefit from this project.
The initiative is overseen by Limapark Hotel chefs, assisted by volunteers from the hotel’s other departments like housekeeping, concierge, engineering, F&B, front office, security, marketing, and guest services.
Each HERO lunch box comes with notes and letters from the volunteers and FAITH Colleges students.
